- FINAL SALE means an item CANNOT be returned/exchanged
Defective or Damaged Items:
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items ASAP! You have 3 days after receiving your order to contact us regarding damage. We will not make exceptions when you have had your order longer than 3 days. Contact email: email@example.com
- Returns must be in ORIGINAL, unused, unworn condition - FREE of defects, stains, pet hair, and any smell (smoke, perfume, etc.) with TAGS ATTACHED.
- Orders must be returned/shipped back within 10 days after order is received.
- Earrings and monograms/decals cannot be returned.
- All online returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please make sure to have an account on our site to make credit process quick and easy.
- Exchanges must be made within 10 days of order arrival.
- Exchanges are for exact item and cannot be guaranteed since our stock changes rapidly.
- Exchanges must meet ALL of the Return Guidelines above.
- Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days
- CFJ is not responsible for: delays with USPS shipping or products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once the package has shipped.
Shipping Items Back:
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we are not liable for a package lost during return.
- You are responsible for shipping your item back and providing insurance if you choose.
